COMMITTEE CHIPPINGS
Please check the end of this newsletter for dates. Dates for Noadswood Workshops (April to July) have been confirmed and room bookings have been made for the next 3 socials and our annual exhibition. There is also a busy programme of events through the summer where we have been invited to have a stand: we use these opportunities to promote the club, so we focus on events and locations most likely to reach our target audience. We hope you will be able to attend some of them. Normally we put up a gazebo or small marquee, have a table displaying a selection of carvings and, if there is space, you can sit and sand/whittle or bring a small bench to work on a carving, by way of demonstration – and beginners are especially welcome to do this.
